Description: The idea is to be able to consistently bleed for four at three stealth and then I added the ridiculously good defense module of Second Tradition. You need one vampire with superior Obfuscate and then preferably a different vampire with the Prince title and Presence since veiling and playing Second Tradition and Majesty takes blood. Parity Shift because why not - the easiest vote to negotiate through.
