The classic !Ventrue grinder, but geared towards Under Siege. Fortitude to deal with the occasional nasty combat deck, bounce for bleed or blocking, and some permacept to wear down stealth decks. I chose to focus on using more Governs over pool recursion in order to reliably get out more minions and also have extra bleed. The Govern chain is optimized for multiple Governs at DOM per turn, situation permitting.
