Description: Standard !ventrue bleed & vote deck. Bring out the biggest vamp in your crypt, then use him to influence out the others with Govern the Unaligned. Bloat with Blood Dolls, Owain and Perfectionist until you can launch a big attack. Has trouble against intercept, but can usually do enough actions in a single turn to slip a couple votes or bleeds through.
